Monthly Team Huddle
Every last Tuesday of the month, we come together to discuss cases, celebrate each other's breakthroughs, share market updates and have a short training.

Bi-Monthly Clinics
Clinics are conducted in a way where it's more hands on, there will be more case studies & role-plays. They can either be topic focused, or it can be focused to help a particular level of agents.

MLD Plugged In
Every new joiner will go through a proper on-boarding process to ensure that everything is covered. By the end of MLD Plugged In, any new RES should have the minimal confidence and clarity to run their real estate business.

Business Systems Tracker & Optimiser
This helps associates track their own business systems, analyse if they are spending their resources effectively & to be able to evaluate where they are lacking in their business. We also implemented the TRACE framework to guide our leaders on how to effectively review & progress their associates.

Stands for Work on Wednesdays. And open invite to work together at a random cafe. No agenda, just time spent together, discussing cases or talking about anything & everything.

Doorknocks & Roadshows Tribe
Especially for new RES, they need free prospecting methods. However, it can be daunting to go alone. We created an environment where associates can invite each other to prospect, and if need be, a senior agent will join to guide them.
