I joined real estate because I wanted to run my own business where my efforts matches up to the rewards!

I value relationships over transactions. I believe we are not in the property business - we are actually in the people business. When my clients feel that I truly care about them, they will entrust to me their Real Estate needs and goals.

At the end of the day, we'll achieve a win-win outcome and this is fulfilling for me. I believe that Real Estate is a business and not just a career - it requires hard work, consistently and a learner's mindset to succeed.

Before Real Estate, I was in Corporate Sales for more than a decade, More than just transactions, I believe in building relationships with my clients, doing it with integrity and transparency, and going the extra mile to ensure their journey with me is enjoyable and memorable.

In building a team, I believe in 3 Cs, Culture, Cohesion and Commitment. Building an cohesive and collaborative culture within the team and committing to helping one another excel and perform in this industry.

In MLD, the culture is one of openness, transparency and relationship-building. Truth be told, being a realtor is a lonely journey but it is less lonely with the teammates I have in MLD.

I joined Real Estate because I have always enjoyed doing sales - from retail sales to sales at a bank and now real estate.

Integrity is a non-negotiable in my life and I have and will always give my best to my clients.

The people in MLD is fun and always positive to be around. We have also built a sharing culture in the team. We would always share tips and tricks to help each other be on the cutting edge so that we can rise in our sales together.

I left my government job and took a leap of faith to enter this industry.
