Before Real Estate, I was in Corporate Sales for more than a decade, More than just transactions, I believe in building relationships with my clients, doing it with integrity and transparency, and going the extra mile to ensure their journey with me is enjoyable and memorable.

In building a team, I believe in 3 Cs, Culture, Cohesion and Commitment. Building an cohesive and collaborative culture within the team and committing to helping one another excel and perform in this industry.

In MLD, the culture is one of openness, transparency and relationship-building. Truth be told, being a realtor is a lonely journey but it is less lonely with the teammates I have in MLD.
